如何创建加密备份？进入“管理”→“创建加密备份”，确认当前空间和项目数量，设置独立备份口令，并在系统文件选择器中将备份文件保存到你信任的位置。备份完成后，请在文件 App 或其他存储位置确认文件确实存在。
如何恢复加密备份？进入“管理”→“恢复加密备份”，选择备份文件并输入创建备份时使用的口令。恢复只写入当前空间；恢复过程不需要服务器。
如何恢复永久专业版？进入专业版页面并选择“恢复购买”。恢复依赖 Apple StoreKit 的交易记录；请使用购买时的 Apple 账户。恢复购买不会删除本地媒体。
如何删除账户？不适用。本版本不建立用户账号，也没有开发者服务器账户。
如何删除本地数据？在当前空间的“管理”中选择“删除当前空间全部数据”，按提示再次输入当前入口码确认。删除前请先导出或保存加密备份；应用卸载也可能导致未备份数据丢失。
导入会删除系统相册原件吗？不会自动删除。导入先复制到本机保险箱；只有你明确确认后，应用才会请求 iOS 删除可定位的原件。
为什么看不到或无法播放某个媒体？请先确认设备存储空间、文件是否完整，以及应用是否刚刚从后台恢复。如果问题持续，请不要反复删除或重装；通过支持邮箱反馈应用版本、iOS 版本和不含私密内容的错误描述。

I forgot my access code. What can I do?Access codes are set on your device. The developer cannot view, bypass, or recover them. If you can still unlock the vault, create an encrypted backup immediately.
How do I create an encrypted backup?Open “Manage” → “Create Encrypted Backup”, confirm the current space and item count, set a separate backup passphrase, and save the file to a location you trust in the system file picker. Confirm in the Files app or your chosen storage location that the file exists.
How do I restore an encrypted backup?Open “Manage” → “Restore Encrypted Backup”, select the backup file, and enter the passphrase used when it was created. A restore writes only to the current vault space and does not require a server.
How do I restore my lifetime professional purchase?Open the professional page and choose “Restore Purchases”. This uses Apple StoreKit transaction records; use the Apple Account used for the purchase. Restoring a purchase does not delete local media.
How do I delete my account?Not applicable. This version does not create user accounts or developer-hosted accounts.
How do I delete local data?In Manage for the current space, choose “Delete All Data in Current Space” and re-enter the current access code to confirm. Save an encrypted backup first; uninstalling may also cause loss of unbacked local data.
Does importing delete originals in Photos?No. Importing first copies the media into the local vault. Only after your explicit confirmation may the App request iOS deletion of a locatable original.
Why can’t I view or play a media item?Check available device storage, file integrity, and whether the App has just returned from the background. If the problem persists, do not repeatedly delete or reinstall the App. Contact support with the App version, iOS version, and a non-sensitive description of the error.
