本隐私政策适用于“静匣”（英文名：Quiet Vault，以下简称“本应用”）。本政策说明本应用如何处理你在设备上保存的照片、Live Photo 和视频。

核心结论：本版本不建立用户账号，不把媒体上传到开发者服务器，也不使用广告或分析 SDK。媒体和加密备份由你在自己的设备和文件位置中管理。

2. 不上传、不建账号

本版本不上传照片、Live Photo、视频、缩略图或本地保险箱内容到开发者服务器；不建立用户账号，也不提供云同步。应用不包含广告 SDK、分析 SDK 或跨应用跟踪。

3. 媒体导入与系统相册原件

导入是复制操作，不会自动删除系统相册中的原件。只有在你明确确认后，应用才会请求 iOS 删除可定位的系统相册原件；删除仍受 iOS 系统确认和“最近删除”机制影响。你应在确认前核对保险箱内的副本。

4. 本地加密与访问

保险箱媒体在本机以加密形式保存，并使用设备上的密钥材料和应用内口令保护。查看、播放、导出、删除和恢复均在本机完成，不以网络连接或购买状态作为解锁本地数据的前提。若文件或索引损坏，应用可能拒绝访问以避免覆盖现有数据。

5. 加密备份

备份由你主动创建、保存和恢复。备份文件使用你单独设置的备份口令加密；本应用不会替你上传、托管或找回备份文件和备份口令。忘记备份口令可能导致备份无法恢复。

6. 购买

永久专业版通过 Apple StoreKit 处理。开发者不接触你的银行卡或 Apple 付款资料。购买状态由 Apple 的交易凭证决定；本地媒体的查看、导出和备份不因网络暂时不可用而被锁住。退款或撤销购买后，专业版权益可能失效，但已保存的媒体不会因此自动删除。

7. 数据删除和卸载

你可以在应用内删除当前空间的媒体或全部数据，也可以通过 iOS 删除应用。卸载应用可能造成未备份的本地数据丢失；卸载前请先创建并妥善保存加密备份。

This Privacy Policy applies to Quiet Vault (Chinese name: 静匣, “the App”). It explains how the App handles photos, Live Photos, and videos stored on your device.

In short: This version does not create user accounts, upload media to a developer server, or include advertising or analytics SDKs. You control your media and encrypted backups on your own device and file locations.

2. No uploads and no account

This version does not upload photos, Live Photos, videos, thumbnails, or vault contents to a developer server. It does not create user accounts and does not provide cloud synchronization. The App does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or cross-app tracking.

3. Importing media and originals in Photos

Importing copies the selected media; it does not automatically delete originals in the system Photos library. Only after your explicit confirmation may the App request deletion of a locatable original through iOS. iOS confirmation and the Recently Deleted workflow still apply. Review the vault copy before confirming.

4. Local encryption and access

Vault media is stored in encrypted form on the device and protected with device key material and in-app passcodes. Viewing, playback, export, deletion, and restore are performed locally and do not require a network connection or an active purchase entitlement. If a file or index is damaged, the App may refuse access to avoid overwriting existing data.

5. Encrypted backups

Backups are created, saved, and restored by you. Backup files are encrypted with a separate passphrase that you set; the App does not upload, host, or recover backup files or backup passphrases. If you lose the backup passphrase, the backup may not be recoverable.

6. Purchases

Quiet Vault’s lifetime professional unlock is processed by Apple StoreKit. The developer does not receive your bank-card or Apple payment details. Entitlement is based on Apple’s transaction records. Local media viewing, export, and backup are not locked solely because the network is unavailable. If a purchase is refunded or revoked, professional features may be removed, but saved media is not automatically deleted.

7. Deletion and uninstalling

You can delete media or all data in the current vault space from inside the App, or delete the App through iOS. Uninstalling may cause loss of unbacked local data; create and safely store an encrypted backup before uninstalling.
